Chapman Talking "Libertarian Tea Room" with Real Estate Company

Well, I'm tinkering around with an idea for a "Libertarian Tea Room," a small testing location for ideas to get people "reading the classics," as Ron Paul put it.  We know that face-to-face learning with paper books in hand is preferred by sociologists for developing critical thinking (comparison and contrast).

I'm interested in a Libertarian reading room, wherein a adult person or student could walk in off the street and grasp off a shelf pro-liberty books (the classics:  Locke, Tolstoy, Gandhiji, Rothbard, etc., etc., etc., etc.).  There would also be a section for the anti-liberty books of Marx, Stalin, Pol Pot, Mau, Hitler, Clinton, Obama, Bush, etc., to allow a full examination of various social and political thought processes. 

People could interact, with the pro-liberty position being the sponsored view of the reading room.  

We might over time have a wifi set up, so people could go online.  May a copy machine could fit at some point to allow students to do a full paper on site.  

In the end, these Libertarian Tea Rooms would be located near university campuses to reach students.  We would serve tea and coffee, with either a donor arrangement or a business model, which ever makes more economic and social sense.

I'm just getting some prices for locations in my head for a test location right now.
