Reading John Locke

I bought a copy of John Locke's "Second Treatise of Government" for the Libertarian Global Library and Book Exchange (LibertarianGlobalLibrary.blogspot.com).  I'm trying to think of something positive to say about it for the posting:  "John Locke is a caveman next to Leo Tolstoy."  What do you think?
