Being Cute but Serious

Last evening, I asked the question of my opponent:  "Are you now or have you ever been a member of the American Nazi Party or of any skinhead organization?"  I was being cute, but I was being serious too.

There is a reason that Michael Badnarik called me a "purist libertarian," as I helped him in his Congressional run years ago.  It's because I have a nose for True North, I feel the currency in my hands, and I can feel the rightness or wrongness of it.  On the Quiz, I'm the last dot at the top of the pyramid:  "King of All Libertarians," as I jokingly put it.

In college, I was tested "genius level" (their words) in foresight (the ability to project out future probabilities), along with some other areas.  See my CV for a thorough presentation.  They said I have a mind that naturally catches inconsistencies.

There is a vibe in Mrs. Glass, and her husband, frankly, that is inconsistent with libertarianism.  What motivates what is basically a Republican (national socialist ideology) to run outside the Republican Party?  I'll tell you.

1)  It's to be a big fish in a relatively small pond.  It's to build credentials to run as a Republican down the road, as we have seen so many times before.

2)  It's to build credibility for a law practice, not to build the libertarian world view.

We are being used as a Republican farm team by people like her and her husband, and that is not healthy for us, the LP.

Perhaps, her wish is to pull the LP into the Republican Party at some point.  What I do know is that a purist libertarian would never be comfortable in a Marxist environment like the Republican Party.

Keep in mind that you are talking to a guy here, who is a philosophical anarchist.  I believe, like Jesus Christ, Mahatma Gandhi, Leo Tolstoy and Dr. Chomsky, that the problem with our society is that we feel we need to live under the violence of a state conception of life at all.

So when I meet lawyers wanting to draw divisions between nations, as in the Glass proposition that there is such a thing as American exceptionalism, I see state brain washing camps (public schools) speaking through her.  We are all the offspring of God, and the sooner we behave like we are not to overturn and enslave the world for some greater good, the sooner we will have peace on earth, or something close.

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but Mrs. Glass and her husband by extension, are not libertarians.  They are the same temporal law neo-con Imperialists of George W. Bush's mindset, and that is not healthy for the Libertarian Party to entertain, if we choose to exist into the future.  If we are to use our credibility to move a Tom Paukin toward Goldwater or Gandhiji, we must not be in his hip pocket, unidentifiable from him.

I remind you that "extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice."  I said that, "The Goldwater Kid" said that, and I meant it, even if General Goldwater said it first.  I'm an extremist Gandhian (non-violent), but I mean war on Marxism like nobody you've ever met (see:  GeneChapman.blogspot.com), and to quote one of my favorite quotes, "I love the smell of napalm in the mornin'.
